Abstracts Submission- CLOSED

Submission of abstracts

  • Please use an online abstract template and follow the format carefully
  • If you have any questions or submission difficulties, please email prog-create@mobility-india.org.
  • If mandatory fields are incomplete and/or a word count exceeds the permitted limit, your submission will be marked as ‘incomplete’ and you need to edit and resubmit it before the submission deadline.
  • Any submission that is incomplete by the closing date will not be reviewed.
  • The authors will be notified if their presentation has been accepted for the CReaTe conference.
  • Should a presenter be unable to make a presentation after acceptance of the assignment, please contact the committee soon.
  • Deadline for abstract submission is August 30, 2024
  • Abstract acceptance notification will be sent by September 15, 2024
  • Submission presentation slides are due by September 30, 2024.

Please register for the conference as soon as the registration portal opens. We expect registration to be full within a couple of weeks of the opening. You need not wait for abstract acceptance.
