12 BBMP (Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike) wards, of Bengaluru Urban District, Karnataka, covering 38 slums with more than 1300 people with disabilities and their family members, older people, and disadvantaged groups to achieve greater inclusion in partnership with the community.

Increase access to rehabilitation, medical support, nutritious food, and educational assistance for children and people with disabilities. Collaborate with government hospitals and utilize existing resources to decrease infant mortality and improve maternal health. Build networks with various stakeholders for inclusive education, health, employment, and livelihood opportunities while mobilizing local resources.
