𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐞: 𝐅𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲-𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬.

Mobility India promotes dignity, rights, and well-being of persons with disabilities and promotes inclusion in all aspects of development: social, economic, cultural, and political.

𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬:

𝐁𝐚𝐤𝐬𝐚 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭, 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐦: Mobility India, in collaboration with SBI Foundation, is organizing a capacity-building workshop for ASHA workers in disability, early identification, intervention, and assistive products.

𝐍𝐞𝐱𝐭 𝐆𝐞𝐧 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐤: Prosthetics & Orthotics students from Mobility India presented at Next Gen Talk. This initiative aimed to engage the next generation of service providers, educators, and policymakers in shaping an inclusive and innovative future for rehabilitation and assistive technology.

𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐫𝐮 𝐑𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭: Mobility India CBID urban team participated in the International Day of Persons with Disabilities 2025 at the Bengaluru Rural District DC office and addressed the gathering on the theme of inclusion and empowerment of people with disabilities.

𝐆𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐝: Mr. A. T. Basavaraj, IAS (Deputy Commissioner); the Secretary of the District Legal Cell; the Assistant Deputy Commissioner; the Deputy Director of the Women and Child Development Department); and other dignitaries of the Bengaluru Rural District shared the stage.

• 𝐓𝐮𝐦𝐤𝐮𝐫 – Bala Bhavan in collaboration with the District Disabled and Senior Citizens Empowerment Department.
• 𝐒𝐢𝐫𝐚—in collaboration with the School Education Department.
• 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐤𝐤𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐢: in collaboration with the Department of Social Work, First Grade College, and Carers Group.
