State award for ‘The Best Services & Achievement in the Disability Sector for 2017’ by Government of Karnataka
Mobility India’s Prototype on low cost, pre¬fabricated Twin device –developed for children with cerebral palsy or mobility difficulty to sit and stand with ease has own the First place in The Enable Makeathon. The competition was a 60-day programme which took placed from November 2015 and January 2016 organized by The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). The competition received several entries . 84 teams were shortlisted and 20 best entries were showcased on 23rd Jan 2016. Three devices were judged to be the most innovative and useful.
National award for ‘Outstanding Work in the Creation of Barrier Free Environment for Persons with Disabilities’ by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Department of Disability Affairs, Government of India.
Best Indian NGO Award in medium category for the South, instituted by the Resource alliance and the Nand & Jeet Khemka Foundation for setting and promoting best practices in resource mobilization, accountability and transparency.
Mr Soikat Ghosh Moulic given ‘Professional Contribution Award’ by the Oxford college of Physiotherapy, Bangalore for his outstanding work in the field of Rehabilitation.
