Larsen & Turbo Visits Mobility India

As an initiative of their Corporate Social Responsibility, Larsen & Turbo India (L&T India) extended a supportive hand towards Persons with Disabilities (PwD) through Mobility India (MI). They visited MI, Bangalore on the 17^th of April, 2015 to personally give the aids and appliances to the beneficiaries. The delegation included Mr. Agnel Gerald, Area Manager; Mrs. Yamuna, President of L&T Shakthi Ladies club; Mrs. K G Elizabeth, Asst. Manager and Ms Mitali Naik from the L&T Bangalore Area Office.

L&T supported nine service users with an amount of Rs 34, 030 towards assistive aids and appliances. This included children, women and men from economically weaker sections of the society. The visiting delegate was given an overview of MI and its activities by Ms. Jaikodi, Manager Fundraising. The members met and interacted with some of the service users they supported along with interacting with Ms Albina Shankar, Director at Mobility India.
